Mass Effect available 10 days early?

Those of you currently counting the days until the release of Mass Effect on November 20 may not have to wait any more. Photos have started appearing of the Xbox 360 game in the possession of some very happy gamers by at Kotaku after branches of K-Mart broke the street term by 10 days.

Whether it was a mistake or not, those desperate to play the game may want to pop into your local games store and check whether the game is available. The breaking of a street period usually goes one of two ways: the retailer who initially breaks the date gets their knuckles wrapped and the game is pulled until the official moment or, other retailers follow suit and release the game early as well.

If you manage to get the game early,

post a comment and let us know.
